JUNK REMOVAL: Our cost of service is based on a volume scale. The amount of unwanted material you wish to remove determines how much you will pay. You only pay for the amount of material that is extracted in correlation to our various truckload sizes.
To best accommodate your job, we offer 2 different size box trucks. Heavy material such as rocks, dirt, and sometimes carpeting, are subject to our bedload increments while lighter material is stacked higher inside the truck. All fees are included such as gas, transportation and disposal fees.
LABOR: If extra labor services are required for dismantling or if you just needed some extra muscle to rearrange your material throughout the house, we charge by the hour per hauler. Labor services are slightly discounted when combined with junk removal services.
*Extra fees for recycling and/or weight may apply for the following: tires, mattresses, safes, pianos, hot-tubs.

In order to provide you with the most accurate, estimated cost for our service, we always insist on providing you with an on-site estimate before any work starts. We can do this before a scheduled pickup, or on the same day. All estimates are completely free of charge.
